The World of Fundraising is Changing

The world is changing and so is fundraising!
Fundraising substantially challenges Non-Profit organizations more and more every day. Supporters are finding it harder and harder to contribute anything more than their time.   There must be an answer.

The Market America/SHOP.COM NPO Program allows an approved 501(c) organization to receive royalties based on the participation of it's supporters shopping through a unique SHOP.COM comparison shopping "portal" that is NPO Branded.
SHOP.COM is one of the top comparison shopping experiences available in the world. With more than 4,000 major retailers and over 40,000,000 products and services, there is something for everyone — from paper clips and paper towels to major appliances, computers, electronics, personal care and everything in between,
Supporters will love knowing that SHOP.COM is partnered with some of the most famous brands and stores in the world, such as Nordstrom, Sears, Macy's, JC Penney, Kmart, Target, Best Buy, Nike, Old Navy, Home Depot and thousands more!   Supporters do not need to change where they shop from, they simply learn how to "Shop To Support".
The beauty of this program is the supporters are REWARDED for their shopping by getting paid Cash Back!

Yes, with this program we can show your supporters how to make it rain up to 50% Cash Back for shopping they were going to do anyway, Cash Back that is theirs to keep,  all while generating royalties for Non-Profits!

Next we show supporters how to switch from brands they use each month to Market America's Exclusive Brands partnered with SHOP.COM's NPO Program. Soon a regular stream of income is created for the Non-Profit.
From Health & Nutrition products (such as Isotonix) to Cosmetics (Motives by Loren Ridinger & Motives for La La), high quality Natural Body Care and Wellness products for babies and children (DNA Miracles) and more. SHOP.COM even offers eco-friendly cleaning products (SNAP), Pet Care Products (PetHealth), Automotive Care products (Friction Free & AutoWorks) and more.  Supporters are happy to know they can convert to value-saving, quality exclusive brands and 100% of the retail royalties associated with that purchase goes directly to the non-profit they are supporting!

Become a Motives Beauty Advisor Today!

Instagram is buzzing about Motives Cosmetics and people are searching for more information on the "business" behind Motives.  So I thought I'd put some info together, to hopefully answer some questions and guide people in the right direction to get more information on becoming either a Motives Beauty Advisor, a Motives Pro Artist, or for teens...a mentorship with Motives in the Motives and Me Program.

First of all, purchasing and using Motives Cosmetics (available on www.Motives BeautyTips.com) is the first step.  Wouldn't you agree that the best way to recommend a product is to personally use, and like, the product?

Once you've tried Motives Cosmetics, you WILL fall in love with the brand.

And if you are interested in sharing this brand, and creating an additional income stream (or work to replace one) there are three ways to partner with this highly sought-after brand and turn your love of beauty into additional income.
Which division is best for you?
·         You can launch your own Beauty Business as a Motives Beauty Advisor

Beauty 101: Are you WARM, COOL (or neutral)?

One of the best ways to answer this is by asking yourself "what colors am I wearing when I get the most complements?"   So next time someone says "you look GREAT in that color"
                                                                                                    ...make a note of it!

But in the meantime, this is a general rule of thumb:..

  • If you are  lucky enough to be "NEUTRAL", you look great in ALL colors.
  • If you get the most compliments when you wear deep rich colors (with a few exceptions, like blue) you are most likely WARM.
  • If you look good in light colors, silvers, pastels and blues...you are most likely COOL.

Here's a makeup tip I just learned from Instagram Beauty Blogger @Vegas_Ney!

Vegas_ney was posting about Motives Cosmetics NEW Motives Mavens Sculpt Series Palettes (for contouring and highlighting).

Here's is simple way she suggested to choose which palette FIRE (warm) or ICE (cool) is right for you:  "Warmer skin tones tend to tan easier under the sun, and cooler skin tones tend to burn easier when tanning."

If you first burn, then tan, you may be a combo and will most likely need both of these palettes.
